* 1024x768 16-bit color display
* Sound card and speaker(s)/headphones

* Windows 2000/XP 
* Intel Pentium II 450MHz or faster processor (or equivalent)
* 128 MB of RAM
* Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0, Firefox 1.x, Netscape 7.x or later

Macintosh
* Mac OS X v.10.1.x, 10.2.x, 10.3.x, or 10.4.x
* PowerPC G3 500MHz or faster processor
* 128MB of RAM
* Firefox 1.x, Netscape 7.x or later, Safari 1.x or later

Note: As of June 2006, Microsoft does not support Windows 98 and Windows ME. Therefore, although the CDs will play on those systems, National Health Promotion Associates does not support them in the minimum system requirements.

Internet Explorer 5.1 and 5.2 for Mac  Microsoft will continue to provide current assisted support options for Internet Explorer versions 5.1 and 5.2 through December 31, 2005. Security issues in Internet Explorer 5.1 and 5.2 will continue to be addressed as needed, and any available security updates will be obtainable through normal download channels at no charge through the same date. Hotfix support is no longer available for Internet Explorer for the Mac versions 5.1 and 5.2. Additionally, most products will receive at least ten years of online self-help support from the date of general availability.

Getting Started   
===============

I. Starting the Program on the PC

The application should automatically start when you insert the CD-ROM into the drive. If this doesn't happen, then:

1. Locate the "My Computer" icon on the desktop and double-click it to open.
2. Locate the CD-ROM Drive icon (it should be labeled "LST Elem Level 2") and double-click it to open.
3. Locate the file "Start.exe" on the CD-ROM and double-click it to run it.

II. Starting the program on the Macintosh

1. Insert the CD-ROM into the drive.
2. Locate the CD icon labeled "LST Elem Level 2" on your desktop. Double-click it to open.
3. Locate the file "Start" on the CD-ROM and double-click it to run it.

You must have an Internet browser installed on your computer to view the help screen.
